Moise is 26 years old. He lives in Masaka sector, on the outskirts of Kigali. He completed his senior six two years ago and he had failed to get a job. In September 2010, He got the opportunity to join the ReachUp! program at GS MASAKA, a partner centre for DOT Rwanda.
