On March 18, 2013 the entire team of DOT Rwanda Interns, Coaches and staff came together at La Palisse grounds, in Kigali, for a noteworthy sharing. The team of 125 Interns and Coaches took the occasion to share and debate on various realities they counter while delivering DOT’s Programs, and learn from the showcases of their peers’ innovative projects. They also learnt more about the concepts and tools of monitoring and evaluation as was presented by a local expert.

At DOT youth and women are key target populations. DOT’s learning and coaching sessions offered to beneficiaries are fostering them to join efforts by forming cooperatives. As part of the International Women’s day, on March 3, 2013, DOT Rwanda Team along with the Empowering Creative Women Initiatives and Programs Development (E-CWIPD) team visited two women cooperatives empowered by DOT programs in Kigali city to discuss their achievements and challenges, as well the existent gender inequalities that still need to be redressed. DOT Rwanda hereby honors and celebrates the success of these amazing women.
